Satellite is the main tool used to explore outer space in the world.Because of its small size,light weight,high functional density and low cost,micro satellite has a very good development prospect and has become the mainstream of the world.The launch of micro satellite mainly depends on the way of carrying and multi satellite,which is limited by the space reservation and carrying capacity of the rocket.The weight and size of the satellite have relatively strict requirements.In terms of satellite cost,its launch cost accounts for 30% ~ 40% of the total cost,and the launch cost is closely related to the satellite quality,among which the structural subsystem accounts for a large proportion.It is an important part of satellite,providing support,bearing and transmitting load for each subsystem.The integration degree of satellite structure and the selection of configuration scheme have a great influence on the quality of satellite.It is an important problem in the process of structural design to realize structural lightweight by changing configuration scheme.In order to solve the problem of lightweight and reduce the cost of satellite development and launch,the configuration of satellite is designed and optimized.Firstly,the basic configuration of the jellyfish is extracted from the shape of the sea moon jellyfish by the method of bionic design,the basic idea of enhancing the stability of the structure by relying on the curved surface structure is established,the main causes of the instability of the satellite are analyzed,and the theoretical derivation shows the correctness of the idea.Then,for the layout design of the satellite,the basic model of the satellite is determined,and the excellent dynamic stability of the curved surface structure is illustrated by the sensitivity analysis.The reduction of the proportion of the structure mass shows that the bionic configuration has a significant lightweight effect.Finally,the finite element model of the satellite is established and simplified,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the satellite are analyzed.The results show that each index meets the design requirements,and the reliability and safety of the structure are verified.Based on the results of theoretical derivation and finite element analysis,it can be concluded that the simulated jellyfish configuration can be effectively applied to the satellite configuration design,and the design results meet the satellite launching conditions.The design scheme of jellyfish like configuration can bring new inspiration to the satellite with similar functions.
