Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Renovation Of Existing Public Buildings

There are many factors in urban construction,which labor costs,ecological construction demand,environmental protection standards,lack of energy resources and urbanization process.From epitaxial expansion to connotative growth,building renovation and transformation becoming increasingly prevelant,focuing on renovation of historical and cultural blocks,communities renewal,factories renovation,commercials upgrading,etc.Under the concept of urban intelligent construction,the scope of existing building transformation has gradually expanded.The classification of existing buildings includes: existing public buildings,existing industrial buildings and existing residential buildings.Among them,construction of existing office buildings is large,indoor existing environment is poor,use frequency is high,response capacity to emergencies is slow,energy consumption is large and energy consumption per unit area is higher than other types of buildings.In the urban construction planning,the existing public buildings have great potential for transformation,because it can activate the building stock,improve the overall performance of buildings,reduce the pressure of new construction investment,reduce the demolition of construction waste and inherit the urban construction culture.The reconstruction of existing public buildings is in the exploration stage.Under the trend of population and urbanization,the transformation of existing public buildings urgently needs to introduce digital information technology.In this paper,in-depth research work is carried out on the new method of transformation of existing public buildings combined with BIM technology.The paper analyzes a large number of domestic and international research status about BIM Technology and existing public buildings,in order to explore a more scientific and accurate application of BIM Technology in the reconstruction of existing public buildings.The paper analyzes the relevant situation of BIM Technology Standards at home and abroad.How to apply BIM Technology to the existing buildings needs to specially formulate the standards for the reverse modeling application mode of BIM Technology for the reconstruction of existing buildings.The application status of BIM Technology is analyzed.This paper summarizes the application of BIM Technology,collaborative work,standard research,different applications,technical prospect analysis,advantages to meet the needs of existing public building renovation,and puts forward the urgency of introducing BIM Technology into existing public building renovation.This paper analyzes the application of BIM Technology in the reconstruction of existing public buildings.The factors influencing the reconstruction of existing public buildings and the status quo and limitations of traditional reconstruction under the reconstruction mode of existing public buildings.The new method of combining BIM Technology with existing public building reconstruction,the application in the reconstruction management of existing public building,platform construction,comprehensive coordination reconstruction,and the guiding application method are put forward.Secondly,it is illustrated and exemplified with the case study.Based on the existing information data and BIM Technology,the office building reconstruction project of Shenyang citizen service center is taken as the main application research.The feasibility of BIM Technology in the reconstruction of existing public buildings is discussed and verified.This paper summarizes the application of BIM Technology in the reconstruction of existing public buildings,and sums up the reference and certain reference significance.Finally,the prospect of further development and application of BIM Technology in the reconstruction of existing public buildings is given.
