In recent years,with the rapid development of China's power industry,the continuous improvement of power grid level,the capacity and voltage level of transformers are also improved,and the accompanying transformer noise pollution problem is more and more serious.With the development of the city,the demand for electric energy is higher and higher.More and more power transformers and other power transformation equipment are installed closer to the city,which has an increasing impact on the normal work and life and health of people nearby.Therefore,it is imperative to reduce the noise of transformer by necessary means.In this paper,the transformer intelligent noise control system,which has the best application prospect at present,is studied systematically.The main topic of this paper includes the following several important contents:(1)In order to study the noise generation mechanism of power transformer and optimize the parameters of secondary sound source in active noise reduction system,this paper establishes the multi physical field simulation model of power transformer body with the aid of finite element simulation software,and realizes the multi field coupling simulation of electric field,magnetic field,solid force field and pressure sound field under the working condition of transformer,the vibration characteristics of transformer winding and core are simulated.It provides a model and theoretical basis for the optimization of the parameters of the secondary sound source in the next control system.(2)This paper introduces the structure of active noise control system,analyzes the distribution characteristics of the sound field around the transformer based on the core winding model,and then uses Monte Carlo algorithm to determine the optimal secondary sound source parameters.Finally,the noise reduction effect of the simplified sound source model and the transformer model is obtained by combining with the finite element software simulation.(3)On the basis of the least mean square algorithm,which is widely used in active noise control system,the performance of a variety of other algorithms as the control algorithm of active noise control system is studied.For the fxap algorithm,the effects of projection order,iteration step and regularization factor on the performance and noise reduction are analyzed,and the reasonable range of corresponding parameters is obtained.With the help of the GUI function of MATLAB,an intelligent noise processing platform of transformer based on affine projection algorithm is developed,which can realize the functions of data import,signal analysis,parameter setting and noise reduction.
