With the in-depth development of industrial modernization level,manufacturing industry has increasingly higher requirements on production and assembly,especially in the high-speed railway industry,due to the higher safety requirements of the train,during train assembly and repair,although the existing intelligent torque wrench system can meet the needs of bolt tightening operation,it can not meet the requirements of today's information management,especially the requirements for the safety and traceability of bolt data.This thesis introduces the development and current status of electric fixed torque tightening wrenches at home and abroad.It explains the significance of the research by analyzing the inadequacy of the existing wrench function and performance,In view of the shortcomings,based on the in-depth analysis of the functional requirements of the intelligent torque wrench in the train assembly workshop,the overall scheme of the intelligent torque wrench data management system in the train assembly workshop was proposed.Through the analysis of the functional requirements,it determines the wireless data transmission module with SX1278 as the communication core and the RFID reader module with FM17522 as the core,which realizes the functions of radio frequency reading and wireless transmission,and designs the corresponding data communication protocol and "The logical back-off" strategy anti-collision algorithm completes the "double logic" function requirement of system data transmission.After the hardware function is implemented,this thesis designs and develops the upper computer "Intelligent Torque Wrench Data Management Software" based on C/S(Client/Server)architecture,completed the user-friendly display and alarm prompt function,information management function and real-time status monitoring function of the project requirements.At the same time,this thesis uses the statistical process control technology,through the drawing and analysis of the control chart,the bolt tightening accuracy was calculated,and the torque wrench can be predicted.This thesis realizes the purpose of data management for the intelligent torque wrench of the train assembly workshop through the combination of software and hardware.After the actual engineering test,the system has a good effect.It has reached the design requirements in terms of bolt information management,tightening accuracy analysis,torque wrench fault prediction,etc.It has a positive effect on improving the assembly quality of trains and ensuring the safety of high-speed trains.
