Compared with other speed reducers,the new FT pin-cycloid planetary transmission reducer has the advantages of high transmission accuracy and simple processing(two cycloidal gears can be processed simultaneously).At present,there are many researches on the transmission accuracy of FT transmission from the aspects of profile modification and force,but there are few studies on machining manufacturing errors.Therefore,This paper is based on the processing and manufacturing error to analyze the error of the new FT transmission meshing dimensional chain and the transmission accuracy.It belongs to the Hubei Provincial Education Department Scientific Research Plan Guidance Project and Wuhan Science and Technology Plan Project.In this paper,the prototype of FT455-81 is used as the carrier.Through the analysis of the principle and structure of FT transmission,design the prototype removal sequence and complete the prototype removal.The origin cloud data of each component of the prototype is measured in reverse,and the basic size of each component is obtained by using Vxmodel for point cloud processing.Complete the CREO 3D modeling according to the basic dimensions and compare the point cloud to get the dimensional error,then draw the 2D drawing of the prototype.After analyzing the 2D drawings and transmission structure,the dimension gap of the four transmission chains is studied based on the dimensional error,and the mathematical model of each transmission dimension gap and transmission accuracy is established.Through the transmission accuracy analysis,the size gap of the meshing part of the cycloidal wheel and the eccentric shaft has a great influence on the transmission accuracy of the system.It is robustly analyzed and designed.The new machining deviation of the cycloidal gear with improved transmission accuracy is obtained and the machining drawings are drawn.At the same time,since the variation of the deviation before and after the eccentric shaft is robust,it is not treated.In order to calculate the unified calculation system that is convenient to use VB to write the dimensional chain and transmission accuracy,and calculate the transmission size gap and transmission accuracy with FT455-81 as an example.Finally,the FT455-81 prototype was developed to test the actual error of the newly machined cycloidal profile and complete the prototype transmission accuracy test.Comparing the experimental results with the theoretical calculations,the theoretical results are proved to be correct and reliable.It provides the basis for the study of the transmission accuracy of the next FT transmission system.
