Under the background of comprehensively promoting the new industrialization,the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry,as the main body of the national economy and the core of the industrial system,is of vital importance.To build a manufacturing industry with international competitiveness and influence is the only way to enhance China's overall national strength,ensure national security and build China into a manufacturing power.Driven by a series of plans and guidelines such as "made in China 2025","industrial green development plan(2016-2020)" and"green manufacturing engineering implementation guide(2016-2020)",green innovation in manufacturing industry has attracted more and more attention from the whole society.Therefore,it is of great significance to measure the green innovation capability of China's regional manufacturing industry from the perspective of green level,innovation input and other multi-level and multi-factor factors to comprehensively understand and enhance the overall strength of China's manufacturing industry.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,this paper firstly expounds the characteristics of green innovation capacity of China's regional manufacturing,analyzes the components that influence the green innovation of regional manufacturing industry,and puts forward the evaluation criteria of green innovation of regional manufacturing industry.Second,build the green innovation ability evaluation index system of regional manufacturing industry in our country,using the entropy method and the grey relation projection method to China's 31 provinces from 2010 to 2016 in manufacturing green innovation capacity has carried on the comprehensive evaluation;according to the result,it has measured our country's capacity of the regional manufacturing green innovation through dynamic evaluation;and on the basis of the results,we have analyzed the capacity spatial distribution of our country's regional manufacturing green innovation through Geoda and other software.The empirical results are showed that:(1)At the national level,the green innovation capacity of manufacturing industry is in a hovering stage at a relatively high level,the lack of infrastructure support is the main factor for the formation of declining risk.(2)The capacity of regional manufacturing green innovation in China is unbalanced,among these area,the western region is relatively good.(3)The capacity of regional manufacturing green innovation has a certain spatial autocorrelation,which generally shows that the agglomeration effect first strengthens itself and then weakens,and the agglomeration phenomenon tends to spread to the central and western regions.(4)In general,China has formed the northeast space cluster with the three northeastern provinces as the core,has formed the central plains space cluster with henan as the representatives,and the southwest space cluster with sichuan,chongqing,guizhou and yunnan as the representatives.Finally,this paper puts forward specific policy Suggestions to improve the capacity of manufacturing green innovation from the national level and the four regional levels.
