China’s waste heat resources are very abundant and exist in various fields,and especially the industrial waste heat resources are particularly huge.Among them,industrial energy consumption accounts for more than 70% of China’s total energy consumption,and at least 50% of them are converted into industrial waste heat of different forms.Discharged into the surrounding environment,causing some unnecessary waste.However,because the technology is in an imperfect and immature stage,China’s industrial waste heat recovery rate currently accounts for only about 30%,and a large amount of industrial waste heat resources are wasted.The rest is discharged into the atmosphere or water as waste heat,and resource utilization efficiency is low.And the direct discharge of waste heat has a negative impact on the local surrounding environment.The use of plate heat exchangers,heat pump units and other waste water to recover the waste water to produce domestic water,to meet the residential heating conditions in winter.A cascade utilization system of waste heat is proposed: the waste water is firstly exchanged by a plate heat exchanger to obtain hot water,and part of the heat is provided to residential users: the heat exchanged waste water is then entered into the heat pump unit as a heat pump system.For low-temperature heat sources,the remaining available heat is fully recovered through the evaporator,and it is supplied to surrounding residential users after the temperature is reached to the usable temperature.Applying the theory of entranspy dissipation to heating systems,analyzing the rules of fire accumulation change in plate heat exchangers,and determining the optimization principles of scheme selection and equipment selection;the heat transfer efficiency of the heating system and the entranspy consumption were studied The divergence theory is applied to plate heat exchangers.Calculation and analysis are performed on multiple plateheat exchangers,and the entranspy efficiency between plate heat exchangers is obtained.The utilization scheme of waste heat resources in Shengli Oilfield is proposed and optimized.An optimization scheme for increasing the number of cascade utilization stages was proposed,and the entranspy dissipation analysis of each scheme in the 60 ° C and 40 ° C oil fields was carried out.The optimization principle was selected based on the minimum entranspy dissipation and entranspy efficiency under the given conditions.The plan is planned and implemented.Economical analysis of the program and determined that it reduced energy consumption and reduced financial investment in energy: an environmental benefit analysis of the program,the reuse of waste heat from wastewater reduced the consumption of fossil fuels,thereby reducing greenhouse gases and smoke The emission of coal,coal slag,etc.,reduces the pollution to the surrounding environment and improves the air quality in nearby areas.
