| Currently, in China only 25.8% waste heat resource was recoveried and utilized. From the view of structure of energy consumption, to reduce the energy consumption of rolling mill, on the one hand, technological measures should be adopted, on the other hand, advanced energy recovery technology should be adopted to recycle and utilize the waste heat resources of rolling mill in a rational and effective way. With the development of large-scale equipment and process optimization level,,the energy consumption of rolling mill is reducing gradually, reducing the energy consumption in the area has little potential. And in China,the level of the waste heat recovery is not high, therefore,the recovery and utilization of various waste heat resources will be the main direction of energy-saving in rolling mill and the breakthrough point of the future energy-saving in enterprise.The paper based on the investigating in NISCO and refering to various types of information, studied the technique of recoverying and utilizating the waste heat resources in rolling mill:pre-heating air for combustion flue gas heat, hot delivery and hot charging of continuous casting, gasification cooling steam recovery and utilization; calculated the unit heat consumption of the heating furnace in NISCO;analysed the the main factors which have impact on the unit heat consumption and found the relationship between the factors and the unit heat consumption; explored the technical and economic benefits of the waste heat recovery technology.In this paper, aim at evaporative cooling system, analysed the source and the use of steam in NISCO,compared with the advanced level at home and abroad,at the same time,found the disparity,analysed the heating furnace steam system from the theoretics;calculated the quantity of steam from the theoretics;pointed out the problems in gasification cooling system,then raised corresponding measures to the problems and analysed the energy-saving effect.In the high speed wire rod plant,a large number of saturated steam was wasted in the non-heating period,there is no reasonable users for steam,aim at the status quo,dicussed the practicability and the feasibility of lithium bromide set in the high speed wire rod plant,to provide theoretical reference for decision-making for the company,at the same time,promote the further application of the lithium bromide refrigeration technology in NISCO. |
