The industrial door is supporting facilities for the industry workshops and thelogistics warehouses, along with the accelerated development of the industrializationprocess and the constant improvement of modern logistics warehouses, the industrialdoor field is also constantly developing, and the using function and safety aspects ofthe industrial door are also constantly increasing. Therefore, it is important for thestudy and design of industrial door.On the basis of broadly reading documents and research, this paper develops anddesigns industrial multistage sectional lifting door according to the needs of largeindustry workshop and industry equipment. This paper introduces detailedly each partof the industrial multistage sectional lifting door, using the three-dimensional cadsystem SolidWorks software based on windows development for structure design, andusing finite element analysis software ANSYS for finite element analysis about themain stress components of industrial multistage sectional lifting door to meet thedesign requirement. This paper mainly has several aspects research work as follows.According to the technical parameters and use function requirements of theindustrial door, this paper designs a new-type industrial multistage sectional liftingdoor, and introduces its working principle, product function and structural design ofmain components. This paper has a detailed analysis and structural design for the doorsection system, track system, balance system, sealing system, transmission system andhardware of industrial multistage sectional lifting door, and using the SolidWorkssoftware to draw its three-dimensional part model drawing and general assemblydrawing. This paper has a detailed calculation for the motor power of the door, thediameter of hoisting rope, the size of wheel shaft, in addition, industrial multistagesectional lifting door mainly bears wind load after installation, therefore, conductingfinite element analysis for wind pressure resistance of the door plank, so as to meetthe wind load requirement. This paper conducts improved design on the basis of the existing outagetreatment mechanism, the outage treatment mechanism after improved design is moresimple and reliable.This paper analyses and designs the balance system, using the theory approach tothe stiffness, maximum torque, maximum torsion angle of the torsion spring for adetailed calculation, to determine the relevant parameters of the torsion spring. Inaddition, torsion spring shaft is a key component of the balance system, designing theshaft diameter of torsion spring shaft through the strength and stiffness condition,while conducting finite element analysis for the torsion spring shaft to verify thefeasibility of torsion spring shaft design.This paper has a detailed introduction for industrial door control system, thecontrol system is the core of industrial multistage sectional lifting door, take fullaccount of the human functional requirement, use PLC to conduct precise control forthe open and close extent of industrial multistage sectional lifting door, and draw aflowchart of the control system. In addition, conduct selection and design for the maincontrol unit, power source unit, control sensors and other electrical components.This paper has also done corresponding research and design for the otherauxiliary functions.In the summary and outlook, this paper puts forward further outlook on the studyand design of the industrial door, hoping to conduct in-depth study on the industrialdoor lifting form, door plank material and control aspect in the follow-up work.
