China is a large agricultural country,but for a long time there have been problems in agricultural irrigation,such as low water and fertilizer utilization efficiency and serious waste of resources.Water and fertilizer integration technology is gradually being respected due to its advantages of water and fertilizer saving and high irrigation efficiency.For this reason,the country has vigorously promoted agricultural water and fertilizer integrated irrigation in recent years.However,due to the late start of research in this area in China,the development of integrated water and fertilizer systems is still immature,and many equipments on the market have problems such as simple mixing of water and fertilizers,inaccurate proportioning,large power loss,and low automation.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a solar energy-powered water and fertilizer integrated automatic control system,the system is mainly composed of solar-driven energy part,information collection part,automatic control part,human-computer interaction part and system execution part.(1)Driving energy part: Solar photovoltaic power generation provides energy to the system,which saves energy and solves the problem of inconvenience of field circuit erection.(2)Information collection part: It is composed of pressure sensor,liquid level sensor and temperature and humidity sensor.It collects parameters in the system working process and transmits them to the single-chip microcomputer.(3)Automatic control part: With STM32 single chip microcomputer as the core,based on Fuzzy PID control,through collecting and analyzing the data of various sensors,the control executive part completes the actions of fertilizer discharge,weighing,mixing and fertilization.(4)Human-computer interaction part: Through the MCGS configuration touch screen to set the water and fertilizer parameters,display the soil temperature and humidity and the amount of fertilizer in the bucket,and alarm when the amount of fertilizer in the bucket is too low.(5)System execution part: It is composed of DC motor,electromagnetic water valve,stepper motor and other components,and is responsible for executing the commands of the single-chip microcomputer to complete the fertilizer discharge,weighing,stirring and fertilization.The above five parts make up the complete solar-powered water-fertilizer integrated control system studied in this paper.Experiments have verified that the power is derived from nature,the water and fertilizer ratio is accurate,the process energy saving and consumption reduction,and the overall automatic control.It can improve the efficiency of water and fertilizer utilization and automation level in agricultural irrigation,and has practical application value.
