As a large agricultural production country,Chinese total cultivated land area is very wide.Tractors,as the power machinery in agricultural production,play an extremely important role in the modernization of agricultural production.In agricultural production activities,farm implements need to be linked with tractors,so hanging-up is an essential part of agricultural operations.The development and production of tractors and farm implements are not as a whole,but in separate state.The matching of units is not consistent,and the matching quality is not high,which has seriously hindered the rapid development of Agricultural Mechanization in China.In order to change this situation and promote the development of agricultural mechanization,we need to design a fast articulate to improve the matching quality of the unit.In this paper,a fast hanging connector for tractor and farm machine is designed,which can realize fast connection between tractor and most agricultural machinery,save connection time,improve connection efficiency,and operate conveniently.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The overall design plan and size requirement analysis of the tractor quick hanger.According to the connection requirements of agricultural implements,the hanger needs to complete the task of linking up tractors and farm implements.In the design scheme,the hanger is divided into two parts:hanging host and hanging auxiliary machine.The connecting host is used to connect with the three points after the tractor,and the hanger is connected with the farn machine.The realization of the quick connection is realized by connecting the connecting host with the connecting machine.2.The design of the main parts of the tractor fast hanger.First,the working principle of the fast hanger is defined,and the main structure of the hanger is determined.The hanger is mainly composed of a hanging device,a guiding device,a locking device and a supporting device.Through the design of the structure of each device,the design of the hanger is completed.At last,the frame part of the hanger is designed on the premise of meeting the requirements of installation and work.The Pro/E software is used to complete the three dimensional modeling of each component and complete the assembly of the virtual prototype,and verify the rationality of the designed hanger.3.Motion analysis of fast hanger during hanging process.Through MATLAB software,the movement process of hanger articulated is analyzed to verify whether the hook is in the right position with the corresponding suspension shaft when hanger is conneeted.Verify the reasonableness of the hook and the position of the suspension axis.4.The statics analysis of the main components of the fast hanger.Using the finite element analysis method,the ANSYS-Workbench software is used to analyze the structural linear statics of the frame and the auxiliary machine frame of the hanger,and the total displacement and the equivalent stress cloud chart of the frame are obtained.The results show that the stress and deformation of the designed hanger are in accordance with the allowable range of the material.5.The test and experiment analysis of the prototype of fast hanger.The prototype of the hanger is manufactured,and the hanging test of the prototype is designed.The hanging time and the disassembly time are taken as the evaluation criteria.and the experimental data are analyzed.Verify the fast hanger performance of the fast hanger.The fast tractor hanger designed by this project can complete the quick connection and disassembly of the tractor and various kinds of agricultural equipment.One person can complete the operation,it is convenient and quick,reduces the connection difficulty and improves the connection efficiency;moreover,the main and secondary machine can be connected with a wide range of use.
