This project comes from a vehicle recorder design project.The vehicle recorder is used to record the bus signal and the image video of the terminal during the missile launch.In this paper,a solution based on multi-core heterogeneous processor dm8168 is proposed to solve the shortcomings of the traditional vehicle recorder,such as single type of recorded data,long startup time of the system,and data loss in case of emergency power failure.In this paper,the GPMC bus driver in dm8168 is developed on the platform of dm8168,which is a high-definition video processing chip of TI company.The can and RS422 multichannel bus data packets collected in FPGA are transmitted to dm8168.After the analysis and subcontracting,they are stored in hard disk according to data type and channel.Through the video acquisition chip adv7441 a to receive video data and complete the format conversion from RGB to YUV,using the mcfw software framework in dvrrdk,a software development package of Ti Da Vinci series processor,two channels of high-definition VGA video and one channel of standard definition PAL video are collected,and the video output supports multi screen splicing display.Based on H.264 video coding standard,the video data is compressed and encoded Write H.264 stream data to the SATA disk.In order to improve the practicability of the recorder,the functions of self check,data cycle storage and U disk data export are realized.Through the test and analysis of the recorder,the experimental results show that the design can support the storage of multi-channel and multi-type bus data,the recording of two channels of high-definition VGA video and one channel of label clear PAL video;the bus data has no repetition,frame loss,and data loss in case of emergency power failure;the system start-up time is not more than 30 seconds.The system function and performance meet the design requirements.
