Nowadays people material life level unceasing enhancement,the public is no longer will only as a simple car instead of walking tool,but their car as a partner,so on the overall performance of the car demand is higher and higher,on the basis of ensure the safety of driving,began to pursue a lot of comfort and convenience function design,automobile tail gate intelligent control is an important measure.Models in this paper,a large number of perfection of the tail door control system research,it is concluded that the current automobile market of tail gate control mainly has three ways: manual key control,semi-automatic induction control,automatic induction,the most common is to use without using the key in the door back control mode,namely the user on the premise of no vehicle unlock need to take back the key to unlock the door,by pulling the tail door handle,complete tail gate control.Ordinary domestic low-standard cars do not have the tail door kick control functions,to achieve domestic kick control technology of democracy,stability under the premise of reduce the cost of development,the function to promote the popularity of car door kick back control,this paper studies the control system based on programmable PSoC4 on-chip system,the automobile tail door kick control system scheme for independent design,the specific part is divided into hardware design and software design.Is implemented by using the capacitance induction principle,the system induction of kicking action in the area of recognition,on the hardware part,the analysis of the sensor module,PSoC4 main controller module,LIN transceiver module after the respective functional requirements,design the CY8C4245AXI-483 single-chip microcomputer as the core design of micro control unit circuit realizes the signal acquisition and processing of the external capacitance,TJA1028 as LIN communication transceiver circuit implementation tail gate signal receiving and sending of communication tasks.The software design part mainly includes CapSense sensor program design,PSoC4 master controller program design and LINbus communication module program design,and introduces the theory of action recognition into PSoC4 system.Finally,under the integrated development environment of PSoC Creator 4.2,the above programs are programmed to achieve the expected functions.After analyzing the experimental data and constantly revising the verification,it finally passed the test on a new type of domestic vehicle.The results show that the designed control system has low cost and low power consumption.The response speed is fast,and the rear tailgate request signal of the controller under different kick actions is accurate;The communication is stable,has the good communication self-check function,the entire control system control performance is stable,has certain practicability and the promotion value.
