| The traditional design method of CAD about interchange expressway has many problems,such as eomplieated drawing,complex junction layout and inaccurate earthwork calculation.Compared with the traditional,BIM modeling technology has its own advantages,including parameterization,visualization and coordination.This paper discusses the application of building information model(BIM)technology by taking an interchange as an example.(1)A terrain model was establish and it analyzes data collected.The earth volume calculated by the real scene model was applied to the selection of basic interflow lines.The ramp ratio was selected for two interflow forms.And finally,the the shape B of horn was choosed as a optimal solution.From the comparative analysis on data which is presented on X-Y-Z pivot form and the measuring the error presented in the 3D model which includes minimum,maximum,and measurement error,It concludes that the error of BIM real scene modeling method is slighter.(2)Parametric design conducted for ramp,line and cross section of Bently series and Autodesk series BIM software in intercommunication is also compared in order to know the advantages and disadvantages of various parameterized modeling software applied in mutual interchange.The vertical and horizontal part of interconnection was designed.What’s more,BIM modeling is carried out on piers,Pavements,roof beams,Pile foundations and other parts.(3)Collision inspection on the BIM model of interflow is conducted by Naviswork,and the analysis on economic benefits conducted on the generated collision inspection report shows that collision inspection analysis can reduce the project cost and shorten the design time.The work on the part of interconnection,0#pier and tunnel are simulated.And with comparative analyzing with the tranditional model in the forms of analysis on engineering statistics,earthwork calculation and error analysis,It finds out that the application of BIM is valuable for projects.(4)Naviswork was used to simulate the roaming and driving,and the roaming animation video was formed to apply to the stadia analysis so as to test whether the traffic sign is reasonable.Then,the mechanical entry and exit route simulation was set up to solve equipment placement,material piling,equipment entry and living area layou.Benefits of BIM method and traditional method in terms of design time,labor cost and time cost are also comparatively analyzed.Fanilly,the advantages of BIM application are analyzed and summarized. |
