With the continuous development of the automobile industry,the number of casualties caused by traffic accidents is increasing every year,and people's attention and demand for safe driving are also increasing.According to relevant reports,traffic accidents caused by human factors account for more than 70%of the total number of traffic accidents.As the automobile auxiliary driving system can greatly reduce the number of traffic accidents caused by drivers'subjective factors,it has developed rapidly.Vehicle auxiliary driving system is based on vision perception,radar detection,laser detection and GPS sensor technology to achieve data acquisition and analysis process.Finally,the brake system is used to achieve intelligent control of the vehicle,which increases the safety of the vehicle.Lane-keeping system is an important part of automobile auxiliary driving system.It can acquire Lane information,driving environment and other related information through high-pixel image sensor,and then use certain algorithm to judge the driving state of the car,alarm the driver or directly modify the driving route,which fully ensures the safety of the car when driving.The OV9755 chip used in this project is a high-definition COMS image sensor,which can provide high-quality image for the system.In the process of system design,the peripheral pins of OV9755 image sensor are first configured,and then the power module and crystal module of the system are designed according to its working characteristics.Power supply module and crystal oscillator module need to be selected on the basis of meeting the system requirements,and then fully consider the signal filtering,noise reduction and other aspects of peripheral device selection.After the system design is completed,it is necessary to use ORCAD Capture software to draw the schematic diagram,and PCB Editor software to complete the design of printed circuit board.In the process of PCB drawing,the integrity of power supply and signal should be fully considered,and the layout and trace of devices should be drawn according to the requirements of process specification,design rules and impedance matching.After the design of printed circuit board is completed,it is necessary to complete the assembly of components and modules through silk printing,mounting,reflow soldering and other links.Finally,the function and performance of the module are validated by the degree letter box and the main control,and the required image quality is obtained by configuring and modifying the software and hardware of the module respectively.After the module design is completed,EMC(electromagnetic compatibility)test is needed to verify the stability of the system through different experiments.Lane-keeping system is composed of sensors,controllers,displays and other components,while image sensors can provide the most information for the whole system,including the detection of lane conditions,obstacles and driver status information.The system designed in this paper is based on OV9755 image sensor.The hardware schematic diagram of the camera module and the printed circuit board are designed.Through debugging,the final picture quality can meet the requirements of the system.
