Aviation power units are collectively called "engines",which provide power for aircraft flight,and are known as the "heart" of aircraft.A high-performance aeroengine requires a lot of high-efficiency tests.The engine test will get a large amount of test data.These data are collected through spending a lot of time and money,which is of great significance to the design improvement and research and development of aircraft engines.The engine industry in developed countries such as Europe and the United States has always attached great importance to the collection of test data,which has also provided us with a deeper impetus for the development of new data collection systems.Aeronautical engine test data acquisition system in the Measurement Studio platform,using a C/S structure,SQL databases developed.According to the different needs of relevant users,system analysis is performed,and the engine,sensors and equipment are combined into a comprehensive data acquisition application system based on the computer.Fully digging the existing data acquisition equipment from its capabilities can more intelligently collect engine test data.The aeroengine test data acquisition application system is divided into a data acquisition program,a data management program,and a data application program according to the functional structure.Six main modules are designed in the system to achieve different usage requirements.The system stores the information collected by the data acquisition equipment on the local server,and after the test,the test data can be uploaded and backed up to the general database server.When the designer needs to query and analyze or use these data,he can log in to the system by using the account assigned to each person and enter the password.After successful verification,he can access the content in the engine test database and use related permissions.At the same time,the design of the operation process is more convenient and concise,and everything comes first to achieve the most efficient way of collecting data.The data eollection method is more intelligent,the test data and equipment information are also better managed,and the data playback function is realized.Through the final test of the system,the system's requirements for all aspects of the engine test can be better satisfied.The aeroengine test data acquisition application system has provided great help to the data acquisition efficiency and capability,and has made substantial changes to the overall development of the aeroengine and the engine development speed.At the same time,it provides a certain reference for the development of data acquisition application systems in the same industry.
