The Research On Site Selection Of Industrial Parks Under The Pole-axis System Of Expressways

In our country,the concept of economic belt along the expressway has taken shape as early as the 90’s.At that time,China’s transportation system is in a backward state,and "build road first to be rich" is the simple expression of economic development of the expressway.Nowadays,the total length of expressways in China has jumped to the top,and the driving effect of expressway on the regional economy along the route should not be underestimated.Expressways have also become one of the important factors for some enterprises to choose their sites.This paper firstly studies the development of express ways in domestic and abroad and the inpact of expressways on regional economy.It is proposed that under the condition of reaching a certain expressway network,the pole-axis system of exppressways based on the pole-axis theory is the basic model to develop economic of adjacent region.By reviewing the pole-axis theory and other relevant domestic and foreign geo-economic materials,this paper expounds the composition of the pole-axis system of expressways,including the definition and classification of "pole",the influence range of "axis" and the structure of the development axis.Then,the effect of the pole-axle system of expressways is studied through the analysis of accessibility and land rent bidding.When constructing the decision-making model for Industrial park,the evaluation index reflecting the requirements of industry and regional economic development is selected,and the evaluation index mainly reflects the influencing factors of transportation.Based on fuzzy set theory and Dempster-Shafer reasoning theory,the calculation process of decision-making model is established,and the comprehensive sorting of alternative site selection is carried out.Select alternative site according to the principle within the influence range of the pole-axle system of exppressways,then input the collected data into decision-making model.Based on the background of SY City,this paper analyzes the present situation of its the pole-axle system of expressways,makes a conprehensive sorting of alternative site selection through decision-making model.Based on the construction of the pole-axis system of expressways,this paper establishes the decision-making model of specific type industrial park under incomplete information environment,and determines the suitable location for the industrial park which depends on road transportation,and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of industrial park and regional economy,which has practical application value.
