Abstract/Summary:
With the deepening of smart cities, the phenomena of unfairness and unbalanced supplying appeared in urban public facilities,so the need for reasonable location is increasingly urgent. On the one hand, the current research on urban public facilities is quite fruitful, the traditional site selection method has exposed many shortcomings in the face of continuous innovation in technology and the driving of big data. For example,it is difficult to comprehensively consider the comprehensive analysis of multi-source data and the location elements cannot provide decision makers with interactive and visual tools. On the other hand, the subjective weight of the experts in the decision analysis will have a greater impact on site selection results, and sensitivity analysis between site selection criteria and results is strongly necessary, and there is a lack of comprehensive opinions of experts in uncertainty analysis. In view of above problems, this paper takes site selection of urban public facilities as an example and proposes a site selection model based on GIS multi-criteria(GIS-MCDA).Paper chooses Xicheng District of Beijing as research area, takes the spatial layout and site selection of garbage buildings as research object. In the process of research, this paper explores comprehensive site selection factors of public facilities comprehensively. In order to avoid subjective problem of weight in traditional decision-making methods,AHP and Monte Carlo analytic hierarchy process are used to determine and compare the weights respectively.Considering the importance of sensitivity analysis in site selection, paper deeply explores the impact of site selection criteria on results on the basis of site selection.Considering the uncertainties in the evaluation of individual experts, paper uses Dempster-Shafer evidence theory, which can deal with uncertain information more effectively, and the opinions of multiple experts are combined to determine the degree of trust in the impact of the site selection criteria on result. The experimental results show that, based on the spatial site selection problem of urban public facilities and analysis of its comprehensive influencing factors,Monte Carlo Analytical Hierarchy Process used in model has better effect, and this model can also explore the sensitivity ranking of each candidate site selection criterion to the results in depth. On the basis of sensitivity analysis, data fusion technology is used to integrate the opinions of multiple experts from a global perspective, and impact of site selection criteria on the results are transportation, built environment, population, urban management cases and land cover types. This conclusion provides more effective decision support for urban public facilities site selection planning and urban operation management, enhances urban management to a greater extent. It also has some reference significance for solving the same type of problem.
