In recent years,State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company has basically realized the construction of equipment assets life cycle management system,improved the company's asset management process,and expanded the depth and breadth of asset management information support.However,at present,Shandong Electric Power ERP side data and front-end business data are not fully realized real-time sharing,cross-system multi-process link business monitoring is still incomplete.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate the linkage rules between the master data of ERP asset card and the account information of OMS equipment,and to make a comprehensive inventory of the physical objects,update the equipment information and asset information based on the inventory results,so as to realize the link connection of the system and ensure the coherence,timeliness and fluency of data interaction.Through discussing the status quo,operation problems,feasibility analysis and integration implementation objectives of OMS and ERP in demand analysis,this paper draws the functional flow chart of integration of OMS and ERP system,and clarifies the new addition,variation,scrap,allocation,data governance and consistency check of integration of OMS and ERP system in equipment master data linkage.Functional requirements of facets.In the detailed design of system implementation,the objectives and principles of system integration are formulated;the technical framework of system integration and the model and implementation method of system integration;the functional template components of system integration functional architecture and system integration process,and finally a dynamic process of system function integration is given;and it is put forward according to the requirement analysis.The implementation process of system integration is described in the following parts:equipment asset linkage,change,stock data correspondence and consistency checking.New equipment assets linkage needs to be created through front-end professional audit,scheduling audit,transportation inspection audit and financial audit at the business level;equipment assets linkage includes modification,retirement,scrapping,allocation and other processes;stock data is transmitted through the system,and managed by manual correspondence;consistency function is used to achieve.Query the data correspondence of the two systems.In the implementation effect of system integration,it focuses on how to query and audit the data in the new audit process;how to query and audit the data modification,scrap and allocation;how to query and transmit the stock data;and how to check the consistency.After that,system testing is analyzed,including system unit testing and integration testing.Finally,the results of system integration design and implementation are summarized,and the prospect and improvement suggestions of OMS and ERP system integration are put forward.The implementation of the system integration has realized the linkage integration of ERP system and OMS system equipment assets;completed the integration of ERP and OMS system equipment assets account adding,modifying,decommissioning,scrapping and allocation;controlled the source of new assets changes,realized the synchronous change of accounts and cards;guaranteed the data quality of assets,and facilitated the implementation of the integration.Prediction,analysis and statistics of assets depreciation and over-age assets have been completed,and advanced application of basic data has been realized.
