China as the world elevator ownership and the largest country in the years of growth,gearless traction machine technology has been widely used in high-level architecture and technology already quite mature,while Iran’s market is still relatively backward in use gear traction technology,elevator traction technology upgrade urgently demand,broad market space.This paper explores the localized production of the gearless tractor of company B in the Iranian market.From a macro point of view,it conforms to the development strategy of "One Belt And One Road" of the country.From the micro perspective,for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to "go out" strategy to participate in the international market competition,to reduce domestic excess capacity is also the general trend.The overseas investment can avoid tariff barriers,reduce the cost of raw materials,labor,transportation and other links,shorten the delivery cycle,and improve the competitiveness of the products in the local market.Based on the B company set up factories overseas project in Iran as the research object,by the gearless traction machine product process for the analysis of the main line,in Iran by Iran to the typical middle eastern market as the research background,research Iran through overseas branch factory policies and procedures and reference for the construction of domestic branch of the construction method and carries on the improvement and optimization,combined with domestic and international experience on foreign investment and local production theory,the methods of case analysis and exploratory research,combining the domestic gearless traction machine products to enter the Iranian market for detailed discussion,formed on the basis of the manufacture and sale of localization of marketing model,Also for domestic elevator components into the Middle East market to provide a general reference.
