The semi-trailer landing gears,commonly known as the "leg",is installed on the left and right sides of the front end of the semi-trailer frame to realize the detachment and attachment of the tractor and the semi-trailer,and to ensure that the semi-trailer can be independent stand stably after being detached from the tractor,it is one of the important parts of a semi-trailer.As the country vigorously develops the advanced logistics organization mode of drop and pull transport and unified distribution,to achieve the goal of reducing transportation costs,improving transportation efficiency,saving energy,and reducing emissions,as the key components,Whether it can safely,reliably,labor-saving and fast work,is an important factor to make drop and pull transport come true.However,the logistics mode of the existing cargo trailer is mainly: one tractor with one semi-trailer,which means that once a semi-trailer is attached with the tractor,the semi-trailer will hardly be detached from the tractor during the life cycle,and the landing gears is rarely used,it is just a ornament,as a result,most of the semi-trailer landing gears on the market in our country have various problems such as poor quality,low efficiency,and short life.The current national standard were formulated in 2011,at that time,the drop and pull transport mode was not considered,the content of the standard was relatively lagging and not a compulsory standard.Other relevant administrative departments of the state have not proposed the technical requirements for semi-trailer landing gears to adapt to the drop and pull transport mode,which has led to the lack of basis for the procurement of the OEM and the trouble of customer use.With the continuous development of road transportation,the drop and pull transport mode will be the trend of the future logistics industry.Designing and manufacturing a semi-trailer landing gears that meets the drop and pull transport mode will have broad market space and far-reaching practical significance.Therefore,this paper will conduct research on the test method of the semi-trailer landing gears and the development of test device,including:(1)Introduce the different types of semi-trailer landing gears and analyze their structural principles;investigate the market situation of semi-trailer landing gears;explain and analyze common quality problems of landing gears in transportation;(2)Analysis of domestic and international standards: including the history of China's standard revision of semi-trailer landing gears,the analysis of the current national standard GB/T26777-2011 "Semi-trailer landing gears",the Association of American Railway specification AAR-M-931 "TRAILERS FOR INTERMODAL SERVICE",combined with the actual situation of road transport in our country and the common working conditions of the semi-trailer landing gears,proposes a new test method for the semi-trailer landing gears: including optimization of the current standard clauses,while adding new ones.(3)According to the proposed test method of the semi-trailer landing gears,design the scheme of the test device: including the overall layout,equipment hardware,equipment software,equipment circuit layout,etc.,and commission Shandong shuipo Welding Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.trial production,installation and operation.The equipment is the first special non-standard test device for semi-trailer landing gears in our country,which is suitable for the test of all kinds of mechanical or electron-mechanical semi-trailer landing gears;(4)Select the popular products in the market,which is produced by the domestic and overseas mainstream semi-trailer landing gears manufacturers,to be tested on the test device designed and developed according to the test method.Through the process and the results of the experiment,verifying the rationality and accuracy of the test method,and verifying the reliability of the equipment.
