With the increase of marine electrical capacity and voltage level,the composition of marine high-voltage generator is an important subject of current research.In order to study the ship high-voltage generator set,this paper builds the mathematical model of the ship high-voltage generator set,based on the parameters of the large container ship high-voltage generator set,and verifies the accuracy of the model through MATLAB/Simulink simulation.Then,analyzed and studied some typical faults of marine high-voltage generator set.According to the research results,simulated and applied the typical faults of generator to simulator,in order to meet the teaching and training requirements of trainees.Firstly,according to the relevant information of marine high-voltage generator set,this paper briefly introduces the marine high-voltage generator set,and then carries out the marine high-voltage generator set mathematical modeling,mainly including the diesel engine and its governor mathematical model,synchronous generator mathematical model,excitation controller mathematical model and load model.simulated in MATLAB/Simulation,compared simulation results with the "Code for Classification of Steel Marine Vessels 2015" and the actual ship data to verify the correctness of the model.According to the unstable regulation characteristics of excitation system,put forward an optimization strategy.On the basis of traditional PID control mode,added the idea of fuzzy control and variable universe to form variable universe fuzzy PID,which is verified by MATLAB/Simulink.By comparing with the output voltage of traditional PID control mode,it is found that the output voltage of generator is fast and stable after adding the idea of fuzzy control and variable universe.Sex aspect has optimization effect,which proves that the optimization strategy has certain practical significance.Secondly,programmed the validated mathematical model in VC++6.0 and added to the simulator.Based on the real ship data,simulated the generator interface.and developed a high-voltage power station operation simulator by combining the mathematical model and interface.On the basis of the high-voltage power station operation simulator,developed a high-voltage power station examination simulator,and applied to the teaching and training of the trainees.Finally,analyzed and studied some typical faults of marine generator set,including single-phase grounding fault of power grid,short-circuit fault of generator interior and fault of excitation system.Realized fault setting and fault phenomena display in the simulator to guide students to troubleshoot.The results show that the new excitation control method has better effect on generator voltage control,and has the value of further research.The further development and application of the simulator will play a positive role in the training of trainees,and has a great application space.
