Ship has a tendency to large-scale,integration,automation,intelligence.And the ship equipment needs more and more electric power.Ship power system is developing in the direction of more complicated and huge.And the ship automation power station simulator plays an irreplaceable role in the professional technical training of the engineer.The Manila amendment to the STCW convention provides detailed specifications for the use and performance criteria of the simulator.Therefore,the study of ship power system and power station simulator has become a hot spot in the world.Based on the main power system of a ship,this paper establishes a mathematical model of synchronous generator,original motive and speed regulating system,excitation system.This paper mainly studies the modeling of synchronous generator,which introduce the seven-order basic model and the practical model,including:the derivation assumption condition,the establishment of mathematical equation,the system representation of the standard system,the simplified conditions of the practical model and the transformation of the simulation model parameters.In order to meet the needs of simulation in different situations,based on the seven-order basic model,the five-order model is derived.The modeling of the power generation diesel engine and its speed regulating system and excitation voltage regulation system is based on the research of the principle of actual equipment.It is in line with the actual application status.Based on the mathematical model,the simulation model of each unit is established by using MATLAB/Simulink software.At the same time,in order to carry out the simulation experiment,we carry out a study of automatic quasi-synchronous dual parallel operation.And then,we established a simulation model of dual parallel operation by our study.At last,we established a model of the whole power system which is used for achieve dynamics simulation of power system.In order to verify the practicability and correctness of the model,we carried out the simulation test of the single-machine running with load and the simulation of dual parallel operation based on the simulation model.At the same time,comparative simulation experiments were conducted for the established seventh-order and fifth-order models to verify the application characteristics of different models.Because we have fully validated the practicability and correctness of the model,we have completed the development of single-machine starting and running state software.
