The water supply pipeline is an important part of the urban water supply network system.Usually,the water supply pipeline is buried in the ground.Due to various reasons such as natural corrosion,external construction,and running wear,the leakage of the water supply pipeline sometimes occurs.Leakage of water supply pipelines will result in waste of water resources and partial economic losses.Studying the leak detection and location technology of water supply pipelines,when leaks occur,it can accurately and quickly locate leaks without excavation,which has important economic and social benefits.In this article,the problem of the location detection of pipeline leakage detection is studied.The characteristics of acoustic emission signals of pipeline leakage detection are analyzed.The characteristics of acoustic emission signals are expounded from four aspects: signal generation mechanism,signal characteristics,signal processing methods and difficulties.The basic principle of sound source localization is introduced,and the acoustic emission localization model is established.The design and implementation of the sound signal detection system for water supply pipeline leakage was carried out.The hardware circuit of the pipeline leakage sound signal detection system is designed.According to the function requirements of the detection,the hardware circuit part includes a piezoelectric acceleration sensor module,a voltage signal conditioning module,a signal filtering and amplifying circuit module,a data acquisition circuit module,a core processor module and a power module.Then the software part of the pipeline leakage sound signal detection system is designed.The software part includes data acquisition module,data storage module and data transmission module.A verification experiment of the pipeline leakage acoustic signal detection system was carried out.In order to verify the reliability of the design and the correct understanding of the error and accuracy of the experimental data,the detection experiment of the pipeline leakage acoustic signal was carried out in the automobile building of Yuncheng Polytechnic College.Firstly,the experimental platform needed for this experiment was built in the laboratory by using water pipes,pressure gauges,etc.,and then the sound propagation speed was measured by the actual measurement method.Finally,the pipeline leak detection and positioning experiment was carried out,and finally the method was verified by actual test experiments.And the feasibility and effectiveness of the detection system.
