In 2019,the country's high-speed rail operating mileage reached 35,000 kilometers,and the annual number of bullet trains carrying 2.358 billion passengers ranked first in the world.China's railway operating mileage reached 139,000 kilometers,railway vehicles in such a high density,high frequency,long distance running,vehicle accessories will have a certain degree of wear.Railway truck overhaul production is to confirm the running state of the truck,so as to ensure traffic safety.Therefore,how to effectively analyze and judge the maintenance risks of railway freight cars and how to develop practical and effective risk evaluation model,hidden trouble detection,key risk analysis and put forward corresponding risk control measures has become an important subject of the maintenance risk management of railway freight cars and trucks.First of all,based on the above research background,this paper systematically summarizes the development background and research status of security risk control and hidden danger screening and management of the early-stage safety dual prevention mechanism.On this basis,a risk matrix,a risk management and control model of railway freight car maintenance system,is developed,and the relationship between risk and hidden trouble screening and risk grading management and control is preliminarily studied,so as to build an application model of dual prevention mechanism of railway freight car maintenance safety.Secondly,taking the overhaul production of railway freight cars in North Taiyuan Rolling Stock Section as the research object,a safety risk management and control model of railway freight car overhaul--risk management and control 5X6 risk matrix--is established based on the corresponding basic situation and overhaul status quo of the overhaul of this section.Thirdly,based on the 5X6 risk matrix model of risk control,data related to safety accidents during 2015--2019 are selected for empirical analysis and research.According to the risk levels and the possibility of occurrence,37 key risks of railway truck overhaul in North Taiyuan Rolling Stock Depot are obtained,and effective measures are formulated for 12 major risks.Through this study,railway truck maintenance risk analysis model is established,and the hidden perils and risks grading control on the corresponding analysis of the relationship between dual prevention mechanism,thus establishing the railway truck repair and innovative applied too north car depot truck maintenance risk control,perfecttoo north car depot truck maintenance prevention system of dual control content,and draw the following conclusion:Finally,the main practices of the dual safety prevention mechanism in North Taiyuan Rolling Stock Depot are summarized,and the direct benefits obtained after the dual safety prevention mechanism are analyzed.(1)After the rational use of safety dual prevention mechanism,the safety risk management of the truck maintenance and production in Taiyuan North Rolling Stock Depot is controllable and the hidden trouble detection and management is effective.In particular,the proportion of safety accidents and faults in the same period of the same year has decreased to a certain extent,which steadily improves the driving safety of truck vehicles and reduces the occurrence risk probability.(2)Through the safety control model of railway truck overhaul,major and larger key risks can be screened out from the huge safety problem pool,so that the unit can manage and control key risks with limited resources under limited conditions.
