Since the implementation of power system reform in China,the power market has been gradually promoted,and the competition mechanism has been introduced at the power selling side first,which has made a great change in the existing competition mode and operation mode of many power supply enterprises.State Grid Corporation of China has undertaken huge social and economic responsibilities.How to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises and comprehensively improve the service quality and operation efficiency of power enterprises under the current new situation of power market is a major problem faced by power enterprises.As a power enterprise,it must adopt efficient performance appraisal,which is an important way to solve the current power market competition.Zhuji power supply branch of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company(hereinafter referred to as "Zhuji power supply company")as an important part of human resource management,performance appraisal plays an important role in the daily operation and development of an enterprise.However,as an important state-owned enterprise,Zhuji power supply company has a lot of problems,such as whether the staff can enter or leave,whether the income can increase or decrease,etc.the ideological concept and quality structure of the staff are restricted by many aspects,so there are a lot of problems in its performance appraisal practice.Based on this,this paper conducts a systematic study,analyzes the problems and reasons of Zhuji Power Supply Company's performance appraisal through certain surveysand interviews,and proposes a targeted optimization implementation plan based on its strategic development direction.The content of this article is mainly divided into six parts: the first part is to explain the background and significance of the writing of this article,and introduces the research ideas,methods and content;the second part explains the definition of performance evaluation,focusing on the relevant performance evaluation methods And analyzed the research made at home and abroad,and made a summary;the third part through the analysis of the results of interviews and questionnaires to find out the problems and causes of the performance evaluation system of Zhuji Power Supply Company.The fourth part is to use the balanced scorecard as the framework and KPI as the specific index setting method to explore the performance evaluation system applicable to the development strategy of Zhuji Power Supply Company.Decompose key indicators into the performance evaluation indicators at all levels of the company according to the four dimensions of balanced scorecard:finance,customer,internal control,and learning and growth;Part V proposes supporting measures for the smooth implementation of the performance evaluation system,including performance improvement Mechanisms,strengthen support and cooperation at all levels,refine the performance evaluation process,clarify performance evaluation tasks,and strengthen employee training;the sixth part is conclusions and prospects,which summarizes the research conclusions and shortcomings of this paper,and proposes Prospects for future related research.
