The efficiency of container terminal loading and unloading operations is a core indicator to measure port competitiveness, and the reasonable scheduling of terminal resources is to improve the efficiency of terminal loading and unloading operations, reduce the cost of loading and unloading operations, shorten the time for ships to operate in ports, and effectively maximize the profit of the terminal, way. As the most important horizontal transportation equipment for container terminals, trucks play an important role in the terminal's loading and unloading operation system.Optimizing the dispatching of trucks to form a benign interaction with other operating machinery and equipment in the port to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the dock loading and unloading operation system is an important content that needs to be solved urgently at the current stage of container terminal operations, and is also the focus of attention in the field of academic research problem. This article systematically sorts out the existing research on truck scheduling, and finds that the current research on truck scheduling assumes or defaults that only one container is reloaded in a single operation of the truck, that is,"one car per box" transportation. In fact, the truck can carry one 40ft box,one 20ft box,or two 20ft boxes at a time.In order to give full play to the carrying capacity of the truck, the 20ft container is more loaded with "one car and two boxes".Therefore, based on the actual transportation capacity of the truck, this paper studies the optimization of truck terminal scheduling at the container terminal.First, considering the actual operating capacity of the truck and the multiple operating modes of the shore bridge,a mixed integer programming model with the minimum unloading time as the goal is constructed. Then, combining the characteristics of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, the metropolis criterion of simulated annealing algorithm was added to genetic algorithm, and an improved genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model. Finally,in the example analysis part, the convergence of the heuristic algorithm is verified, and experiment examples of different scales are designed to test the results of the algorithm, and the consistency between the model and the algorithm and the algorithm's The quality of the solution is verified by a large-scale calculation example. The results of the calculation example show that considering the "one car and one box"transportation mode, considering the "one car and two boxes" transportation can better coordinate the working relationship between the truck and other loading and unloading machinery and equipment at the terminal, and improve the transportation efficiency of the truck. The truck-based scheduling optimization model and the designed heuristic algorithm proposed in this paper have a positive effect on improving the efficiency of container terminal loading and unloading operations, and can provide theoretical support for the truck-based decision-making of the terminal during the actual operation of the terminal to a certain extent.
