In recent years,with the rapid development of perishable food e-commerce,the impact of new retail changes on the cold chain layout of perishable food and the corresponding cold chain logistics system has also been greatly developed.Because of the special properties of perishable food,the distribution of cold chain logistics has been a problem,and the optimization of distribution of cold chain logistics has been a research hotspot.The traditional cold chain logistics distribution model has the problems of the service company's service product line diversity and the failure of thermal insulation during transportation,which causes serious cargo damage.Moreover,the departure frequency of perishable food transport vehicles has a large randomness and no uniform time planning,which leads to problems such as difficulty in ensuring timeliness.F2B2C(The goods reach the end consumers directly from the place of production to the place of sale)is a mode of new cold chain logisticsdistribution,which can effectively solve the problem of serious damage and low timeliness by using cold chain liner trucks(i.e.cold chain transportation forms a fixed frequency departure shift).This paper discusses the advantages of F2B2C mode,the trend of multi temperature co distribution of perishable agricultural products and the research index analysis of cold chain liner trucks.Constructs the optimization model of cold chain logistics distribution cost of perishable products using cold chain liner trucks in F2B2C mode.In the total distribution cost of this model,the transportation cost due to the increase in vehicle mileage in the traditional vehicle routing problem and the damage cost of perishable products due to the increase in distribution time.On this basis,a road traffic network with time-varying characteristics is also added to describe the dynamic process of cargo damage costs,and the multi-temperature control refrigeration equipment is considered to follow the time-varying theory to calculate the distribution time and cooling costs.The improved genetic algorithm matching with the model is designed to complete the cold chain operation and matching scheme under F2B2C mode,which avoids the problem of genetic algorithm easily falling into local optimum and makes the experimental results more reliable.To give a small example:Four companies in Beijing cooperate with third-party logistics and distribution companies to use this model for cold chain distribution tasks,using MATLAB software to calculate and analyze the model,so that the path with lower total distribution cost can be included as the optimal path of distribution in the model.The results show that the vehicle route optimization model based on the time-varying road network environment is more suitable for the actual situation of perishable product cold chain logistics distribution.This conclusion provides ideas for the realization of scientific path planning,fast distribution scheduling and the optimization of the final distribution cost of perishable product logistics distribution.
