The management of construction project is the key management content of construction engineering enterprises.With the Sino-US trade friction,the external competitive environment has changed,and the emergence and application of new technologies have also led to tremendous changes in the competition mode of enterprises.In order to integrate and optimize resources,construction enterprises begin to pay more attention to organizational structure change and project process transformation and optimization based on enterprise strategy.In order to adapt to the development and change of enterprises,obtain sustained competitive advantage and improve the traditional project management decision-making inefficient,multi-level,wasting of resources,poor information communication and other criticisms,construction engineering enterprises begin to explore the system of large projects actively.The large-scale project system reduces the level of management,make the large-scale project department with more decision-making power,optimize the allocation of resources scientifically and rationally and make the enterprise organization flatter and more flexible.However,with the rapid development of big data and internet technology,some drawbacks are gradually exposed,such as labor management,wasting of resources,cost increase,construction contradictions and corporate image.Based on the theory of enterprise strategy,organizational structure change and process reengineering and optimization,this paper takes a subsidiary of China Construction First Group Corporation Limited as a case sample,and explores the application of large-scale project department system in Chinese construction enterprises.Based on the background,connotation and implementation status of large-scale project system,this study analyzes the problems and causes of large-scale project system in construction engineering enterprises from the perspectives of enterprise strategy,organizational structure and project process,and puts forward to optimization suggestions.First,enterprise strategy: in the application and implementation of large-scale project system,the management concept is sluggish and cannot grasp effectively and perceive the change of the external environment and adjust the strategy timely.The ability of enterprise integrating and optimizing strategic resources needs to be strengthened,wasting of resources and the profitability of large-scale project systemis weak.Enterprises should innovate ideas,integrate and optimize human resources,marketing and other strategic resources.Second,organizational structure: the sensitivity of enterprises to organizational management situation is relatively weak.Influenced by the traditional project management mode,the organizational structure is seriously solidified,which cannot well match the development of enterprises strategy.Enterprises need to optimize the organizational management mode and build platform-type organizations.Third,Project process: the management,production and configuration processes of large-scale project system need to be improved and optimized.Enterprises should make full use of big data technology to solve the "last mile" problem of project process and optimize the process of independent resource allocation.Based on the research of this paper,it is of important theoretical and practical value for construction engineering enterprises to realize sustainable development and maintain competitive advantages through the application and implementation of the large-scale project system under the external technological environment and the new business model.
