| In the logistics and supply chain system,mobile devices are widely used.Mobile equipment is responsible for the realization of most of the logistics functions in the logistics and supply chain system,and is the main component of the logistics and supply chain system;it is precisely because of the existence of mobile equipment that the logistics and supply chain system can carry out normal circulation activities,so Mobile equipment is also one of the necessary conditions for the logistics and supply chain system;from the perspective of the entire logistics and supply chain system,mobile equipment is to play its value in the circulation of things.The application of vehicles with different logistics functions in mobile devices is more typical,such as transportation vehicles and handling vehicles.It is particularly important to study the combination of vehicles with different logistics functions.As an important national infrastructure,railway is not only one of the main transportation capacity for bulk goods,but also one of the convenient means of transportation for the people to travel long distances.Therefore,the importance of its construction and development to the country is obvious.This paper will take the mobile equipment mainly used in the railway construction process-transportation vehicles and handling vehicles as examples,to conduct a combined scheduling optimization study of transportation and handling vehicles.The research work of this paper is as follows:First,analyze the current situation of the combined transportation-handling dispatching of the T project department.Starting from the introduction of the T project department,it introduces its work flow,points out the working links of transportation-handling vehicle combined scheduling,and then explains its two problems,analyzes the reasons,and finally explains the necessity of scheduling optimization.Second,establish the combined scheduling model of transportation-handling vehicles and design algorithms to solve them.The transport vehicle in the model is a trailer,and the handling vehicle is a forklift.The model takes the time minimization as the objective function,and considers the uniqueness condition,the quantity restriction condition and the sequence condition of the job.According to this model,the genetic algorithm and quantum particle swarm algorithm are combined to solve the problem,and the optimized transportation-handling operation time and trailer and forklift operation scheduling can be obtained,and the first transportation-handling vehicle combined scheduling problem of the T project department can be solved.Third,carry out cost analysis and the choice of the number of trailers and forklift rentals.According to the influencing factors of the transportation-handling vehicle combined scheduling model and the vehicle scheduling problem of the T project department,the time is converted into time cost,and the total cost calculation formula is proposed.From the perspective of the total cost,analyze and optimize the trailer and forklift leasing of the T project department The quantity,the leasing plan and the scheduling of trailer and forklift operations are given,and the second transportation-handling vehicle combined scheduling problem of the T project department is solved.Based on the research results obtained from the above research work,the transportation and loading combined scheduling problem of the T project department is optimized.The time required to complete all operations is shorter than the actual time and can increase project revenue.At the same time,according to the trade-off between time and cost,an appropriate number of trailers and forklifts can be selected for operation.According to the combined scheduling model of transportation and handling vehicles,transportation and handling vehicles can be dispatched,which proves the theoretical and practical significance of this article. |
