Research On Financial Risk Assessment And Prevention Of SGBR Company

The strategy of “one belt and one road”has provided new opportunities for international development for Chinese enterprises.Many enterprises have gone out to seek new development.However,in the process of “going out” the financial risks faced by enterprises become more complicated.This paper analyzes the financial risks of enterprises going out in response to the construction of "one belt and one road",and introduces the sources of financial risks,and then puts forward specific suggestions to avoid financial risks,so as to better promote the development of“going out”enterprises.This paper takes SGBR Company,a Chinese-funded enterprise in Brazil,as the research object,to analyze,identify,evaluate and prevent the financial risks it may face in the process of“going out”mainly including the following aspects.The first part,the introduction part,briefly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and content of this paper;the second part is an overview of financial risk theory,introduces the relevant concepts of financial risk and financial risk management methods,including qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally,it introduces the characteristics and theory of financial risk management of“going out”enterprises.The third part is risk identification of SGBR company.The financial risk of SGBR company is identified preliminarily by expert risk identification method,and the causes of risk are briefly introduced.The fourth part is risk assessment of SGBR company.This paper evaluates the risk of SGBR company by combining expert analysis method and analytic hierarchy process,and quantifies the risk as much as possible.The fifth part,SGBR company risk prevention suggestions.On the basis of the analysis of the previous two chapters,the paper puts forward the corresponding risk prevention measures.The sixth part is conclusion.This paper summarizes the content of this study,and further prospects for future research directions.Through the research,this paper tries to provide guidance for SGBR's financial risk management,and provide reference for more and more“going out”enterprises in China in financial risk management.
