Research On Financial Control Performance Of Hongxiang Construction Co.,Ltd

With the development of one's economic globalization and one of the "one belt,one road" initiative put forward by the government,the construction industry has brought unprecedented opportunities for development.However,there are still many practical problems in the current financial control system of the construction industry,which are mainly manifested in two aspects: first,the financial control system of the construction company is still not reasonable,the financial control efficiency of the head office for each project department is weak,and it is unable to conduct timely and effective two-way communication;second,the financial control system of the construction company does not pay enough attention to the intangible resources of the enterprise,and the enterprise does not pay enough attention to the intangible resources of the enterprise.The lack of corporate culture and capacity leads to the low efficiency of financial control.These problems restrict the operation efficiency and sustainable development of the construction industry.So,it is of great to study the financial control of construction companies.This paper first summarizes the financial control literature,grasps the current research status,research conclusions and the good and not good in the research,summarizes and integrates the theory of enterprise capability,internal control and performance evaluation.On the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the financial control of HX Construction Co.,Ltd.First of all,it analyzes the financial control of the company from the basic elements of financial control subject,control object,control objective and control mode;then,it analyzes the financial control performance of the company by "grinding" the relevant arguments in the theoretical basis together with the four basic elements,making the analysis more perfect and comprehensive than the former.Then put forward the research hypothesis for the main points in the theoretical analysis,and take HX Construction Co.,Ltd.as the sample,collect the data through the questionnaire survey,and carry on the empirical research on the influencing factors of the company's financial control performance to confirm the conclusions put forward in the research hypothesis.Finally,according to the analysis and conclusions,the optimization of corporate financial control is studied.In this paper,empirical research is mainly used to make the research conclusion more convincing.On the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper sums up the important variables that affect the financial control performance of HX Construction Co.,Ltd.,and extracts the research hypothesis.Then take HX company as a sample,collect data through questionnaire survey,use correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods to test the research hypothesis and draw relevant conclusions.According to the empirical analysis,the conclusion can provide guidance for improving the financial control performance of HX Construction Co.,Ltd.
