Energy and environment are two major problems that mankind urgently needs to solve in the 21 st century.Therefore,The demand that develop clean energy heating technology replace the traditional coal-fired boiler heating,arises at this historic moment.The utilization of the technology directly drive heat pump by wind energy for heating.This new heating technology due to advantages of its non-pollution,less occupation of land,lower and more flexible investment,lower running cost,lower heat price in unit,higher energy conversion efficiency,compared with other clean heating technology such as geothermal,solar,biomass,attract the attention of scientists.At present,there are few researches about the technology of clean heating about wind directly driving heat pump in the world.For the study of new technology of heat pump directly driven by wind energy,scientists focused on the experiment of the small vertical axis wind turbine driving small heat pump.There are few research about the large horizontal axis wind turbine directly driving large heat pump heating system.Based on the innovative concept of wind turbine heating system come up by National Blade of Wind Turbine Research and Test Center.This paper accomplish the systematic modeling and simulation of wind turbine heating system in which the large horizontal axis wind turbine directly driven heat pump for heating.The modeling of wind turbine heating system is about aerodynamic theory about the wind turbine,the mathematical model of the system of transmission chain,mathematical model of the heat pump compressor and so on.Based on the aerodynamic calculation method of wind turbine impeller and the blade element momentum theory commonly used in wind turbines.Author programme on Aerodyn Fast platform developed by NREL laboratory in the United States and Matlab/Smulink.This calculation and analysis program was developed to be used as the aerodynamic simulation model of large horizontal axis wind turbine heating system.In this paper,a mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of the transmission chain system of wind turbine heating system is established based on referring to the current arrangement of the wind turbine transmission chain and author program on Matlab/Simulink by utilizing the simulation analysis model of the transmission chain of the wind turbine heating system.Author study the simulation theory and method of the compressor and heat pump.Based on the international common simulation method refrigeration system,author analyze the actual cycle and thermodynamic performance of the compressor.On the ten coefficient model,the author put forward the correction model of the speed of the rotor and establish the mathematical model of heat exchange and the throttle.On this basis,the simulation analysis model of compressor and heat pump compressor was established in Matlab/Simulink.Author combine with the three simulation analysis models mentioned above and establish the simulation platform of wind turbine heating system.On this basis,author study the operation characteristics of 1.5MW wind turbine heating system under the wind condition of IEC standard and analyze the performance of wind turbine heating system under the wind condition of IEC standard.Next,author verify the simulation model on the small experimental machine.On the basis of the assessment of wind resource of the emperor town in Zhangjiakou city,author make selection and design of wind turbine heating system at the level of kW including wind turbine,heat pump system,phase change heat storage.The wind turbine heating system at the level of kW has been assembled successfully.Author analyze the performance of the wind turbine heating system at the level of kW under the annual hourly average wind and prove the feasibility of this technology.On this basis,author analyze the economy and environmental protection.
