It is very important to establish an accurate model of wind turbine and analyze the curves which show the characteristic of running wind turbine that wind energy capture can directly affect output power.This paper proposes a neural network model and the selection of training sample data are based on the gradient change.It analyzes the influence factors to the torque of wind turbine which are wind speed,rotate speed and blade angle.This method overcomes the drawback of the traditional mechanism modeling and guarantees the precision of the network model,simultaneously avoids the error which generates in the simplification in traditional modeling.Simulation results confirmed the accuracy of the model,and it can provide a beneficial reference for the theory through analysis of the characteristic of operating curve of wind turbine.This paper researched and simulated the two control strategy based on optimal tip speed ratio, which are named the indirect speed controller(ISC) and the direct speed controller (DSC).Simulation results confirmed that the output power of DSC is smoothly and the impact of mechanical torque is lesser than ISC.
