Linear Switched Reluctance Motor(LSRM)is one of the important components of the linear transportation system.Its many advantages,such as simple structure,low manufacturing,installation and maintenance costs,strong anti-environment and anti-interference ability,and good operation reliability,make it more and more becoming Researchers are focusing on.In recent years,LSRM has been discovered and more and more researched for urban rail transit,urban high-rise or super high-rise elevators,electromagnetic ejection devices,etc.This paper mainly introduces the structure,principle,design,optimization and experiment of Linear Switched Reluctance Motor with Segmented Secondary(LSRMSS),and combines theoretical analysis with finite element simulation or actual testing to explore the performance of this new type of motor LRMSSS.This paper first introduces the basic structure of Linear Switched Reluctance Motor with Segmented Stator(LSRMSS)and its working principle.It is compared with Conventional Linear Switched Reluctance Motor(CLSRM),and it is analyzed about advantages.A comparison between several topologies of LRMSSS is also carried out.Secondly,this paper conducts the motor design of LRMSSS.Through the determination of design goals and the selection of design parameters,the dimensions of the motor model and its winding parameters are calculated,and the designed LRMSSS is subjected to finite element modeling and simulation to verify compliance with the design goals.Then this paper focuses on the overall process of multi-objective optimization of LSRMSS.From the initial selection of optimization objectives,determination of optimization parameters,to the selection of Design of Experiment and approximate modeling methods,a multi-objective optimization method of LSRMSS is proposed,and the finite element modeling and verification of the optimized motor model is carried out,the is also manufactured.Finally,this paper conducts actual testing experiment on the model machine to collect and understand the performance of the LSRMSS,including the establishment of the experimental platform,the test of the static or transient performance of the model machine,the comparison between the experimental results and the finite element calculation results,etc.
