The arrival of the new intelligent era marks the increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing market.Excellent product qualityhas become the embodiment of the competitive advantage of the enterprise to ensure that the enterprise occupies a favorable position in the market.The quality prediction and control of products in the production process are the key to ensure product quality and the basis for enterprises to improve the quality management system standards.In this paper,mechanical parts are taken as the research object,and the product quality prediction and control of parts in the production process are studied in depth.The main contents are as follows.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and research significance of the topic.On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on quality prediction and quality control,the main contents of this paper are determined.Secondly,the research on product quality prediction of parts in the production process is carried out.The influencing factors of parts in the production process are analyzed,and the index system of product quality prediction is established.The Rough Set(RS),Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)and Least Squares Support Vector Machine(LSSVM)compose RPL method.In the RPL method,the number of indexes is reduced by RS and the minimum condition attribute set is determined.PSO optimizes the parameters of LSSVM and improves the diagnosis effect and generalization ability of LSSVM.The model of product quality prediction based on RPL method is constructed.The validity of the method is verified by an example.Thirdly,the research on product quality control of parts in the production process of parts is carried out.On the basis of product quality prediction based on RPL method,the further research of product quality control is carried out.The Statistical Process Control(SPC)method is established to control the process quality and realize the product quality control of parts in the production process.The effectiveness of the method is verified by an example,and the necessity of the RPL method in the part production process is verified.Finally,the product quality prediction based on RPL method and process quality control based on SPC method are applied to company A to verify the feasibility and necessity of the application of product quality prediction and control in the company and realize the product quality prediction and control in the production process of parts.
