Study On Risk Management Of Large-scale Crossing Project Of Long-distance Natural Gas Pipeline During Implementation Stage

With the continuous growth of domestic natural gas consumption and national industrial policy support,the construction scale of long-distance natural gas pipeline has exploded.Because of the complicated technology,high investment,high safety risk and many uncertain factors of construction period,large-scale crossing project usually becomes the primary control project which restricts the construction of pipeline engineering.The risk management research of large-scale crossing project is of great practical significance.Firstly,the theoretical definitions of large-scale crossing project and project risk management are described from the perspective of the construction unit,and the research object and interface are defined.Then it discusses the four steps of risk identification,evaluation,disposal and monitoring in the implementation stage of large-scale crossing project.It innovatively puts forward the research method and management process of joint application system of work risk decomposition method,AHP method,risk matrix evaluation chart method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and establishes the risk management model.Finally,based on the example of the Yellow River crossing section of the Zhongyuan—Kaifeng gas transmission pipeline project,the applicability of the research method and management model is demonstrated by identifying the specific risks faced by the project,evaluating the degree of risk impact,probability of occurrence and risk level,making disposal plan,carrying out risk monitoring,which provides a risk management model for the follow-up similar project construction.
