With the continuous progress and development of society,the requirements for railway freight transportation in various industries are also increasing.Nowdays,heavy haul transportation has become the main development mode of railway freight transportation in China.As an important link of input and output in heavy haul freight engineering,the safety and reliability of the indexer system will directly affect the port's throughput capacity,so it is also put forward higher requirements.In this paper,the system of heavy haul train tractor is taken as the research object,and the dynamic simulation model of the indexer is established based on the basic principle of longitudinal dynamics of the train.On this basis,the traction calculation system of the indexer is developed.Later,the traction test of 10,000-ton trains in Huanghua Port is introduced,and analyzed the longitudinal impulse of the vehicles in each test section during the traction process by using the test data after processing.The traction force and the maximum coupler force of the vehicles in each test section decreased with the increase of the number of traction.The closer the vehicle is to the position of the indexer,the greater the coupler force of the vehicle will be subjected to.Combining with the test data,the basic operating resistance formula in the traction calculation system of the indexer is revised and its empirical formula is obtained.The working conditions of 10,000 ton train in Huanghua Port are simulated and calculated by using the traction calculation system of the indexer,and the accuracy of the traction calculation system of the indexer is determined by comparing and analyzing the experimental and simulation.On this basis,the coupler force acting on the test section near the traction position is equivalent to the load curve of the indexer after debugging,and then put into the traction calculation system,so that the speed curve of the indexer in the process of traction can be deduced back.Through the comparative analysis of simulation and tests,the accuracy of the traction speed is determined.Finally,in order to grasp the operation law of the traction speed,it is comparatively analyzed,so as to determine that the indexer operates in three different speed modes successively in the process of traction.The first third of the train is trailed at the first speed mode,which includes three acceleration processes,and the second speed mode contains four accelerations.When the number of empty and heavy vehicles is basically the same,the train trailed at the third speed mode,which includes two accelerations.The maximum velocity of the first two velocity modes is slightly larger than that of the third.These speed modes lay the foundation for breaking the blockade of foreign countries and further grasping the speed curve characteristics in the process of traction.
