The static debugging process of the EMU train during the production and maintenance process plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of the EMU trains after leaving factory.Due to the complicated control of the traction system,the lamp control system and other systems of the China standard EMU train,the debugging is difficult,and the debugging system needs to be introduced in the debugging process.While the original EMU train debugging system has problems such as fixed debugging location,weak compatibility,and low debugging efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency of the debugging process and the versatility of the EMU train debugging system.It is necessary to develop a multi-terminal debugging system with convenient movement,strong compatibility,high stability and good expandability.In this thesis,single vehicle of China standard EMU train is regarded as the debugging object,clarifies the debugging task of the multi-terminal debugging system of the single vehicle simulation test bench.Based on the original bicycle debugging system,three parts are added:data driver,server and client.The data driver completes the real-time information acquisition of the train,the server completes the data processing and forwarding,and the client completes the interaction with the operator.In the design process,data driver,server and client are functionally analyzed,and the modular design is developed according to the functional division function module.Explaining the realization process of each function of multi-terminal debugging system in the form of flow chart will present the idea of development completely.The data driver,server and client of the multi-terminal debugging system adopts Java language as the development language,and the software development platforms are Eclipse and Android Studio.The part of data driver is developed on the basis of the original single train debugging system,and the data analyzed by the MVB network card driver is converted into a usable data format for the server.The server is developed based on the SSM business framework and combined with related application technologies.The part of client runs on the platforms of the Android operating system,and uses OkHttp3 communication technology,Gson data analysis technology,multi-thread execution technology,etc.for object-oriented development.The debugging system is improved based on the test results of the multi-terminal debugging system and the feedback from the operator during the testing process.The multi-terminal debugging system has achieved good results in practical applications after debugging and improvement.
