In the railway industry,most of the internal combustion engines are electric drive internal combustion engines,and the drive device of the electric drive diesel locomotive is composed of rolling axle box assembly,drive gear,driven gear,etc.The vibration signal generated between them is the motor mixed.A non-stationary time-varying signal of the stack,if the signal is abnormal,it indicates that there is a problem in the assembly of the drive safety and service life of the diesel locomotive drive device,The thesis studies the vibration signal of the HXN3B locomotive drive unit.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the development process of vibration signal analysis at home and abroad,the thesis deeply analyzes the vibration signal of the drive device,and studies the mechanical structure of the HXN3B locomotive drive device,which describes the vibration characteristics of the bearing and gear in detail;The commonly used processing method of the signal selects the spectrum analysis,wavelet analysis and orthogonal wavelet method to compare and analyze the vibration signals of the driving device.Secondly,the hardware design of the vibration signal of the drive device is completed,including the selection and installation of the sensor,the acquisition and processing system,and the selection of the control module.The signal acquisition module selects the acceleration sensor,the vibration speed sensor and the temperature sensor to measure the vibration signal and the temperature rise signal respectively;the data acquisition uses the XMX multi-channel patrol instrument to collect the vibration signal with the sensor;the processing system selects the VIBROCONTROL 6000 system to process the input signal;the control module selects the S7-1200 MCU for real-time control,wherein the CPU of the S7-1200 can monitor the input and change the output according to the user program logic.Finally,the flow chart of vibration signal processing is designed,and the vibration experiment of HXN3B internal combustion engine drive is completed.The main contents are experimental principle and purpose,technical parameters,experimental requirements,test limits,test records and operation.Then the spectrum analysis,wavelet analysis and orthogonal wavelet analysis method are used to process and analyze the temperature rise signal and vibration signal of the driven device in detail,and compare the three analysis methods.It is found that orthogonal wavelet analysis is an analysis that can localize the vibration signal.It has sufficient adaptive characteristics and is extremely inclusive for non-stationary and time-varying vibration signals.
