As a typical manufacturing enterprise that has developed rapidly in recent years,the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has increased its product demand year by year.However,with the increase in demand for products,problems such as low manufacturing efficiency,high production costs,and poor business benefits have gradually emerged.In order to solve these problems,enterprises have responded to the call of the national "Made in China 2025" and implemented intelligent manufacturing has become an effective way.However,in the process of implementing the intelligent manufacturing model,the company only pays attention to the investment of intelligent processing equipment,and fails to notice the impact of the assembly line planning on the whole production process,resulting in problems such as low production efficiency and poor product quality.In order to improve the efficiency and self-competitiveness of the enterprise,the company decided to replace the original fixed-horse-stool assembly method with a flow-through assembly method and re-plan the urban-rail mixed-flow assembly line.The main research contents of urban rail vehicle mixed flow assembly line planning are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation and analysis of the assembly process of urban rail vehicles,it is proposed to use group technology to classify existing vehicles into groups.After being classified into groups,the composite process route method is used to design the urban rail vehicles in a process group,complete the assembly process of the urban rail vehicle assembly process,and draw a typical process flow.(2)According to the characteristics of parallel assembly of urban rail vehicles,a two-stage planning method for mixed-flow assembly line based on balance theory is proposed.The first stage is based on the in-vehicle module.Based on the first-class equilibrium theory,the improved hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to plan the bi-directional assembly line in the vehicle.The second stage is based on the roof and under-vehicle modules.Under the premise of determining the number of stations and the beat,the heuristic algorithm is used to plan the roof and under-vehicle mixed-flow assembly line.Finally,according to the actual situation of the urban rail vehicle,after fine-tuning,the urban rail vehicle mixed-flow assembly line planning plan is obtained.(3)Taking C company as an example,under the premise of meeting its actual needs and production conditions,the planning of urban rail vehicle assembly line is completed by using the mixed-flow assembly line planning method.Based on the Plant Simulation software,the planned assembly line is simulated and analyzed,and the post-planning assembly line load balance is obtained,and the output is improved.The effectiveness and rationality of the planning method was verified.This paper provides theoretical basis and practical reference value for the planning study of mixed-flow assembly line of urban rail vehicles,and provides a new idea for the subsequent assembly line planning research in large assembly and manufacturing fields.
