On the outside of the train wheels,the axlebox connects the bogie structure of the vehicle to the wheel spindle.The axle box contains axle box bearings.The main function of the axle box is to transmit the extermal load to the train wheel pair,so that the train can run safely and reduce friction.Bearings are also subject to wear and other damage in the axle box,so the test bench is required to test and study the bearings.In order to make China’s high-speed rail industry continue to develop,it is necessary to continuously update the equipment.From this point on,the design of the ultra-high-speed train bearing performance test bench is designed,so that the test bench can simulate the real running condition of the train.In this paper,we draw lessons from the design and research of railway bearing test benches at home and abroad,and determine the overall structural scheme of the bearing test bench based on the working conditions required by the test bench and the endurance test method of the rolling bearing of the axle box of the vehicle specified in China’s railway industry standard.In this paper,the overall scheme of the test bench is designed and the main shaft of the test bench and the support bearing seat are designed.The drive system is designed by consulting the mechanical design manual.A new loading structure is proposed to design the hydraulic loading system,and the characteristics of the new loading structure are studied and analyzed.The subject should carry out three-dimensional modeling of each part,and use the finite element analysis software to carry out static analysis and modal analysis of the main shaft.Through the software post-processing result,the deformation cloud image of the main shaft is obtained and analyzed to find the area with the largest stress and propose improved.method.It is determined by modal analysis of the spindle that the spindle does not resonate during the test.The finite element calculation analysis of the support bearing seat and the new loading structure,the analysis of the maximum deformation position and the determination of the magnitude of the deformation according to the obtained stress strain cloud map will not affect the normal operation of the test bench.Apply the modal analysis technology to the structure of the rack,find out the position where the rack will affect the normal operation of the test rig,and optimize the structure of the rack by connecting the four foot brackets with ribs.In this paper,the finite element analysis and modal analysis are used to verify that the designed structure is reasonable and the test bench can be safely and reliably operated.
