With the rapid development of national economy,the demand for hazardous chemicals in the industrial field is increasing day by day.At present,the main way of transportation of dangerous chemicals in China is road transportation.The single way of dangerous goods transportation,as well as the particularity of transportation conditions of dangerous goods,lead to the continuous increase of the number of dangerous goods transportation vehicles.They also contribute to the gradual expansion of the scale of dangerous goods road transportation enterprises,which greatly increases the management cost.And accidents such as vehicle rollover,collision and leakage of dangerous goods occur frequently during the transportation of dangerous goods,which also causes a series of safety and environmental problems.More and more attention has been paid to the safety of road transportation of dangerous goods and the efficiency of enterprise information management.It is an effective method to apply intelligent transportation system to the monitoring and management of dangerous goods vehicles.On this basis,it has important reality to research and develop the comprehensive application of dangerous goods vehicle monitoring,vehicle scheduling,vehicle video monitoring and enterprise information management significance.At the same time,with the promulgation of JT/T808 protocol,it unifies the communication protocol and data format between the vehicle terminal and the monitoring platform on the market,standardizes the production and research of the vehicle monitoring industry,especially the vehicle terminal.It also improves the compatibility of the monitoring platform with different manufacturers and models of terminals,and creates powerful conditions for the development of the system.Under the above background,based on the actual needs of a dangerous goods road transport enterprise production scene,according to JT/T808 protocol and JT/T1078 protocol specification,this paper designs and implements a dangerous goods vehicle monitoring platform,which realizes the effective monitoring and management of dangerous goods vehicles.Based on the vehicle terminal real-time and uninterrupted access to vehicle operation data,including the longitude and latitude and altitude of the vehicle location,the speed and direction of vehicle operation,as well as terminal alarm information,the system carries out all-round real-time monitoring of vehicle operation status;integrates WebGIS technology to achieve visual monitoring of vehicle geographical location;analyzes alarm data and uploads command messages According to the business requirements of the enterprise,the basic information management and historical data statistical analysis module are designed and implemented to meet the needs of enterprise information management.The system is developed based on B/S architecture.Vue+elementui is used in the front-end framework,and SH(springmvc+Hibernate)framework is used in the server;mongodb+redis message queue+MySQL storage architecture is used according to the characteristics of the data uploaded by the vehicle terminal and the incremental requirements of the data platform level,and Douglas puck algorithm is used to compress the vehicle operation track data;Use nginx to build the streaming media server of HLS protocol.At present,the system has been used by a dangerous goods road transport enterprise.After a period of normal operation,the system has good feedback from all aspects,which can better meet the needs of the enterprise for dangerous goods vehicle monitoring and information management business.
