Design Of Ice Cream Vending Machine In Amusement Park Based On 3D Printing Technology

In recent years,with the improvement of China’s economic level,the development of amusement park industry is rapid.Compared with the development of traditional tourism economy,the experience service mode in tourism is more diversified.As a rapid prototyping technology,3D printing technology has a very broad prospect in entertainment activities.This paper focuses on the introduction of 3D printing ice cream technology into the ice cream vending machine in the amusement park to innovate the production and sales mode of ice cream in the amusement park,improve the sales efficiency and optimize the user experience,so as to provide consumers with more entertainment and consumption processes that meet their needs.The ice cream sales in the existing amusement park mainly use ice cream machine or mold to make ice cream and use the way of manual sales,which has the disadvantages of low sales efficiency and lack of personalized products.Combining 3D printing technology with the existing ice cream vending machine,and integrating the creativity and experience services of consumers into the ice cream selling link,not only makes the product selling mode more efficient and personalized,improves the economic benefits of the amusement park,but also provides the amusement park users with a more novel and participatory buying experience.This research mainly analyzes the principle of 3D printing technology,discusses the feasibility of its application in the field of ice cream production,analyzes the users in the amusement park scene,and puts forward the necessity of using the product.On this basis,the function analysis,human-computer analysis and c.m.f analysis of the ice cream vending machine are carried out to reconstruct the ice cream production and sale mode under the existing amusement park scene,and then to complete the case study of this project design.Then use the questionnaire survey method to carry out five point satisfaction evaluation on the design practice.After verification,this design will be able to better improve the production and sale mode of ice cream under the existing amusement park scene,provide users with a good use experience,and have better application value.This product can not only improve the selling efficiency,but also give users a better shopping experience by the way of self-service payment,independent selection or production of models,automatic production of vending machines and automatic selling.The innovation of this study is to apply 3D printing technology to ice cream production,and combine the design practice of automatic vending machine to explore the application field of 3D printing technology,and improve the ice cream sales mode under the existing amusement park scene through design practice,so as to provide consumers with better consumption and shopping experience.
