Due to its small size,flexibility,versatility and high efficiency,the mini excavator is very popular among users,and is very suitable for various pipeline excavation,foundation construction,public utilities and house maintenance operations in cities and towns.Along with the development of China's modernization,the use of mini excavators has become more and more extensive,and it has highlighted its good application prospects.Adding the crawler telescopic structure and the working device deflection structure for the mini excavator will help to improve the mini excavator's operating stability and flexibility in a small space,and it will also show the adaptability of the mini excavator to various operating environments.Studying the force and performance analysis of the crawler telescopic structure and the deflection structure of the working device for the mini excavator is great significance for improving the adaptability of the mini excavator.At present,the research on the adaptive core technology of mini excavators in China and abroad is still in the initial stage.In order to improve the applicability of the mini excavator,this paper based on the technical requirements of crawler telescopic structure and the working device deflection structure for the mini excavator,through the kinematics simulation technology and the research method of finite element analysis.We study the motion simulation,finite element analysis and the performance analysis about the crawler telescopic structure and the working device deflection structure for the mini excavator.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on motion simulation.According to the technical performance and operating range parameters,the motion technology is used to simulate the operation range of the crawler telescopic structure and the working device deflection structure to ensure that the designed structure can meet the most basic requirements.(2)Research on finite element analysis.Based on kinematics and structural mechanics,through the analysis of the motion trajectory during the operation of the mini excavator and the position analysis during the typical working conditions,the force distribution of the crawler telescopic structure and the deflection device of the working device is determined,and the maximum force value of the structure is determined by analytical calculation.(3)Research on structure strength.The ANSYS structural analysis module is used to analyze the stress and strain of the designed crawler telescopic structure and the working device deflection structure,and the finite element joint method is used to simulate the connection between the crawler telescopic structure and the working device deflection structure,and the structural analysis of ANSYS is used to find out the weak link in the structure provides reference for the design of the crawler telescopic structure and the working device deflection structure.
