| The microorganism in aviation fuel often causes the microorganism corrosion,even causes the flight accident.Bacillus subtilis and mycobacterium resinosa are the two main microorganisms in aviation oil.In order to solve this problem,a bacteriostatic copper plating film was prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy body to inhibit microorganisms in aviation oil.In this paper,the changes of surface morphology of copper film with the preparation parameters were studied,the bacteriostatic properties and fungicidal properties of copper film were tested,and the changes of bacteriostatic properties and preparation parameters of copper film were discussed.The bacteriostatic performance of aircraft fuel tank was simulated by designing an aluminum alloy container with copper-coated film inside.Main research contents and results include:(1)Copper plating film with different technological parameters was prepared by control variable method,and the surface morphology of copper plating film was analyzed by SEM.The results show that with the increase of evaporation source distance,evaporation current value and substrate rotation speed,the surface roughness of copper plated film decreases first and then increases.With the increase of the quality of evaporated copper,the surface roughness of copper film decreases gradually.(2)The change mechanism affecting the surface morphology of copper plated film was discussed.The influence of evaporation source distance,evaporation current value and substrate rotation speed on the surface morphology of copper plated film was directly related to the desorption activation energy.With the increase of the quality of evaporated copper,the thickness of the copper film increases gradually,and the surface pores and defects decrease gradually,so the surface roughness decreases gradually.(3)The lamination method was analyzed and the mold suppression test different parameters of the preparation of copper plating film of bacillus subtilis suppression ratio and resin branch spore mould suppression ratio,the results showed that the preparation parameters in four groups,each group of copper plating film the highest inhibition of bacteria and mold suppression ratio are respectively in substrate speed of 1 r/min,evaporation current is 115 A,evaporation source distance of 17 cm,evaporating copper quality for 9g.The bacteriostatic rate of the copper film was 99.94%,and the bacteriostatic performance reached a very strong level of 0.(4)The simulated aluminum alloy container of aircraft oil tank was designed and made,and the inner wall of the container was a copper coated film prepared by combining optimized technological parameters.The bacteriostatic rate of simulated aluminum alloy container was80.5% by plate colony counting method,which had good bacteriostatic ability. |
