| Faced with increasingly severe environmental and energy issues,the production of more energy-saving and environmentally friendly automotive products has become the consensus of the majority of automotive companies.At present,the state has issued a number of policies to emphasize the importance of automobile energy conservation and emission reduction,encouraging automobile companies to conduct research on low-energy and low-emission technology,and carrying out quantitative assessment of energy conservation and emission reduction is conducive to the greening of automobile products and the sustainable development of the automobile industry.The evaluation model of energy saving and emission reduction of automobile products is very necessary.At present,the evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction of automobile products is mostly oriented to a certain stage of the product rather than the full life cycle process of the product,and there is a lack of more mature quantitative evaluation methods of energy saving and emission reduction of automobile products.This article analyzes the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the entire life cycle of the automotive product(raw material acquisition stage,part manufacturing stage,assembly stage,use stage,recycling stage)based on the actual situation of the automotive product and based on the basic theory and method of the product life cycle assessment.The standard coal coefficient method is used to calculate energy consumption,and the carbon emission factor method is used to calculate carbon footprint.A comprehensive life cycle assessment and carbon footprint assessment method for energy saving and emission reduction of automotive products is proposed and a mathematical model is established to achieve a quantitative The purpose of evaluating the energy saving and emission reduction performance of automobile products.This paper selects a mechanical three-shaft five-speed transmission closing weight produced by a transmission plant in Chongqing as an object for empirical research.Firstly,the research objectives and scope of the research on the transmission-related parts of the transmission are determined;then,the inventory analysis of the transmission-related parts of the transmission is carried out through field surveys and literature searches by enterprises;the lifecycle-oriented energy-saving of the transmission-related parts is realized by using MATLAB software The calculation of emission reduction assessmentresults in energy-saving and emission-reduction assessments;finally,suggestions for improvement in process and material selection are targeted to improve the energy-saving and emission-reduction effect of the transmission.Empirical evidence shows that the evaluation method is in line with the actual situation of automobile products,and has good scientificity and feasibility.It can help automobile companies analyze the energy-saving and emission-reduction status of products to formulate green improvement measures for products. |
