HT Automobile Co.,Ltd.is a state-owned automobile company mainly engaged in vehicle research and development,production and testing.Although it has been established for a short time,as a subsidiary of China Aerospace,it still has a strong background competitive advantage in Liaoning Province.Although the production and sales volume of the automotive industry has always held a relatively high position in the international market,the overall development of the domestic automotive industry in the past two years has not been ideal.Green environmental protection and new energy have led to more intense competition in the automotive market.As a start-up state-owned automobile company with a relatively short history of establishment,HT Company lacks management experience,and there are many problems in its development.Therefore,how to establish a development strategy and supporting measures suitable for the company has become an important content of this study.The thesis is based on the author's work experience in state-owned auto companies,based on the relevant theory of corporate strategic management,with HT companies as the research object,and analyzes the development strategies of HT auto companies.The PEST model and Porter's five-force model were used to analyze the external macro environment of HT Auto Company and the competitive situation of the domestic and foreign automotive industries.At the same time,the internal environment of the company was analyzed from the aspects of internal resources and existing problems of the company;Using SWOT and AHP models,a qualitative and quantitative analysis method was used to analyze strategic choices from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,I believe that HT Automotive should choose a reversible strategy(WO)as the overall strategy and implement a combined strategy of strategic alliance,diversification and internationalization;at the same time,take measures to improve product service quality,strengthen cost reduction and efficiency,and optimize internal systems Process.This thesis is a proposal for HT company to formulate related development strategies and supporting measures.On the one hand,it hopes to provide reference for the development of HT company,and on the other hand,it also hopes to provide reference for other similar companies.
