Foundation Detection And Its Role In The Whole Process Of Engineering Consultation

With the rapid development of social economy,the construction industry as one of the pillar industries of the national economy has achieved long-term development.Nowadays,China’s social development is facing transformation and upgrading,and the development of the construction industry is also facing new challenges and opportunities.The traditional project management mode can not meet the needs of the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry,so the new project management mode,the whole process project management mode,emerges at the historic moment.As a new and effective project management and control mode,the whole process project consulting has become an important development trend of project management and consulting.The whole process engineering consultation is a kind of management which is composed of geotechnical investigation,engineering design,construction,supervision and engineering testing enterprises using their relevant professional knowledge and management mode,and professional and technical personnel with practical experience to realize the integration of the whole process of engineering construction project,and accept the entrustment of the construction unit to implement all or part of the tasks of the whole process consultation in a project.This paper mainly focuses on the role of foundation detection in the whole process of engineering consultation,including:1.The concept,content,characteristics,principles and related theories of the whole process engineering consultation are comprehensively described,and the differences between the whole process engineering consultation mode and the traditional engineering management mode are pointed out.2.This paper systematically introduces the existing foundation detection methods and their key technologies,and discusses the applicable conditions,advantages and disadvantages of various methods.3.The paper analyzes the relationship between the participants under thetraditional mode,and puts forward the function of foundation detection in the whole process for the first time based on the analysis of engineering examples,mainly including:(1)Supplement and guidance function--It can provide guidance reference for decision-making and project approval in the early stage of the whole process project,and provide supplementary basis for the design scheme of the investigation and design unit;(2)Articulated function--It has the function of connecting and accepting the completed construction parts,putting forward problems and guiding the next construction scheme adjustment and Optimization in the whole process of project construction management stage;(3)Supporting function--In the acceptance stage of the whole process of project management,as an important basis for whether the products are qualified,foundation testing plays an important supporting role in the acceptance of "construction products";(4)Guarantee function--The whole process of Engineering Management permeates into the use stage of building products,in which the foundation detection technology as an important means to judge whether the building is safe or not,provides a strong guarantee basis for the safe use of the building.
