Traffic network is the basic condition of urban social and economic development.To jinan in shandong province as an example,this paper uses the complex network model to analyze static network structure of Jinan and its districts and counties,manifests the spatial distribution characteristics of urban social,economy and transportation subsystem by building a system evaluation index.Based on the coupling harmonious degree model and fractal consistency index,the coordination between urban traffic network and urban social and economic system and the coordination between urban form and structure are studied synthetically from two aspects: the coordination of integrated system and the coordination of morphological structure.The main findings were as follows:(1)Jinan has formed six major regions,including the core urban area(Shizhong district,tianqiao district,huaiyin district,lixia district and licheng district)and other cities and counties.On the whole,it has formed a ring and radial traffic network system with expressways and urban expressways as the main ring network and national and provincial highways as the central urban area as the center.Besides,it has formed a small regional network and a transmitting network system with county roads as the center.There are too many guillotines in the traffic network,which is mainly distributed in the central and southern part of the city,and the network has a "small world" effect.(2)From the perspective of multi-scale system spatial agglomeration,the reduction of scale dimension will make the spatial agglomeration effect of urban traffic network more obvious.The social and economic development and urban construction mainly form multi-point development.The multi-region core areas are basically complete in the transportation network,which has a good synergistic effect with the urban social and economic development.And from the result of system and factor obstacle degree,the source of the problem has changed from insufficient supply to reasonable demand.(3)In terms of spatial coordination,under the strategic deployment of "dongtuo",urban traffic demand is shifted to the east.The distribution structure,function and spatial coordination of the traffic network in the north and east directions are superior.The Ganggou,Jibei old kinetic energy conversion zone,Huashan,in theeast and north of old city,traffic network pattern is relatively complete.(4)According to daily traffic flow prediction by using POI,the distribution of urban daily traffic flow is consistent with the distribution of urban subsystems,presenting a multi-point centralized distribution in space.At the same time,the traffic pressure section is mainly concentrated in the core area of the old city and CBD,and the section of the radioactive section near the core area.(5)Put forward optimization Suggestions for the traffic problems in Jinan from the former,the latter and the middle:before construction,planning and coordination should be carried out to speed up the construction of multiple urban centers.In use,people and vehicles should be separated according to the actual situation,and public transportation should be improved.Finally,supporting facilities should be improved after construction,intelligent platform construction should be accelerated,and traffic information should be broadcast in real time.As a result,this paper shows that the overall traffic construction of the city has met the needs of social and economic development from the two aspects of system and space coordination.The source of traffic congestion has shifted from insufficient supply to unreasonable demand for space and the complete construction of urban traffic network plays a role in promoting urban social and economic development with a law of marginal decline.
